B. Brie and red onion bread and butter pudding (V). Caramelised onion chutney, rocket salad

C. Roast rump of Lamb (served pink) (G). Pea purée, mashed potato, red wine reduction

D. Corn fed chicken breast (G). Fondant potato, celeriac purée, roasted baby vegetables, red wine reduction

2. Chocolate profiteroles. Served with chocolate sauce

3. Vanilla creme brûlée (G without biscuit). Served with shortbread biscuit

4. Seasonal fruit platter (G) (V). Served with ice cream
